People can be nutty about band merch. Misfits vinyl collectors are famously prolific, KISS fans can fill entire garage's with rare memorabilia, and Slipknot have their fair share of merch hoarders. However, according to one dedicated collector of Iowa Nine items, there's no one else in the world who has more Slipknot masks than him.
In a video uploaded to his YouTube channel, The House of Masks, the fan named AJ Good shows off his truly staggering collection of masks from all different eras of Slipknot's career. Apparently, he owns literal hundreds of high-quality replica visages, with dozens upon dozens from each member of the nu-metal titans.
"I do believe that I have the largest Slipknot mask collection in the world, and not only that, but for the most part all of these pieces are high quality replicas," Good said in the video. "I would much rather have one nice mask than 10 shit masks."
Since the video was uploaded in 2020, it doesn't even include any masks from Slipknot's THE END, SO FAR era, but if you shoot over to Good's Instagram, it looks like he's already acquired replicas of some of the band's latest getups. Fucking insane. Check out the full video above via YouTube.
