Seattle quartet Filth Is Eternal have their roots in the crusty hardcore and grindcore scene, but on their latest single, "Crawl Space," the Seattle band lean into their hometown's most famous sound: grunge. The result is a rip-roaringly infectious punk-rock anthem and the group's first release for their new label, MNRK Music Group, as well as the lead single off their upcoming LP, Find Out.
"Crawl Space" arrived today (June 23rd) accompanied by a striking, kaleidoscopic music video directed by Marcy Stone. Watch and listen above.
Filth Is Eternal commented on the song in a joint statement: "It's about that small window of time when everything feels like it's working- the band- relationships- work- mental health- the meds- everything- but something still feels off, like it's destined to fall apart no matter what choices you make."
Produced by Paul Fig (Slipknot, AFI, Alice in Chains) and recorded at Dave Grohl's Studio 606 and Dave's Room, Find Out is due September 29th and available for pre-order now.
