Trad-metal true believers Sumerlands — featuring in-demand heavy-music producer Arthur Rizk on guitar — are gearing up to release their highly anticipated sophomore album, Dreamkiller, via Relapse Records. So far, they've unleashed two triumphant singles, "Edge of the Knife" and the title track. Today (September 7th), they're offered up a third cut, the soaring "Force of a Storm." "This song is about those times when you do whatever it takes to get the blood up," the band commented in a joint statement. "Then you're ready to take on the night with as much power as you can harness. Sometimes it takes a little. Sometimes it takes a lot. But when you're there, you know it and you are the storm."
