Josh Lord Talks Fine-Line Tattoos, Why "Detail Is a Really Controversial Thing"

In the latest installment of our series, we sat down with East Side Ink co-owner Josh Lord to talk about his obsession with detailed tattoos. "The challenge with tattooing is getting something to look good for the lifetime of the person who has it. So, detail is a really controversial thing. You can put a certain amount of detail in, past which, it will potentially age terribly," explains Lord. "I always try to keep in mind you're the art. We're just trying to make it look as good as possible on you."
