Last night (September 5th), Mr. Bungle launched their fall headlining tour, which includes the band's first shows on the East Coast (with the exception of NYC) in over two decades.
The kickoff gig went down at Rams Head Live in Baltimore, Maryland, with math-rock veterans Battle, featuring drummer John Stanier, of Helmet and Tomahawk fame, playing in support. The headliners — a.k.a. Mike Patton, Trevor Dunn, Trey Spruance, Scott Ian and Dave Lombardo — ripped through a whirlwind 14-song set, leaning heavily into material off 2020's The Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny Demo.
