Yesterday (August 3rd), Pantera rocked the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden, New Jersey, playing just the fourth date of the Texas juggernaut's first U.S. tour in over two decades.
Philip Anselmo-approved noise-punk crew Child Bite opened the show. Next, Lamb of God — arguably the heirs to Pantera's groove-metal throne — took the stage in direct support, making for a truly powerhouse one-two punch. But the knockout blow was delivered by the headliners, who blasted through a classics-packed 15-song set culminating in the encore of "Slaughtered" and "Revolution Is My Name," two songs introduced to Pantera's comeback run just on this tour.
