Every day is Halloween, according to Ministry, but some days — namely, every October 31st — are more Halloween than others. This year, rockers from Ozzy Osbourne and Rob Halford to TOOL and Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello embraced the high holiday of horror and alter ego with gusto, slapping on makeup and masks and letting their freak flags fly even higher than usual.
