Revolver and Inked have partnered to bring you stories on some of the world's best tattooers and tattoo shops, including New York City's East Side Ink. So when Ace Frehley was in NYC last fall for an exclusive listening party for his new album Spaceman, Revolver hosted a contest where one fan would win the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet the axman and get an Ace–inspired tattoo of their choice, done by East Side's Josh Lord. See winner Gifford Brown sit for his tattoo (a piece featuring an autograph and design from the Spaceman himself) while Frehley shares his own tattoo stories (including getting his first ink back in the day with KISS's Paul Stanley) and anecdotes from his lifetime of rock & roll stardom, from crazy hazy inebriated early years to his current continued sobriety. "Now I'm influencing fans in a positive way" explains Frehley. "That makes me feel like a million bucks."
