Anthrax's current tour has been packed with guests. Last week, the New York thrashers invited Pantera bassist Rex Brown onstage in New Mexico to play through "Only" and a portion of Pantera's "Domination," and during their stop in Oakland on Saturday February 18th, Anthrax had Machine Head main man Robb Flynn come out to rip through "I Am the Law."
The groove-metal guitarist-vocalist was incredibly stoked to come out and play through one of the highlights from Anthrax's 1987 classic, Among the Living, and fortunately there were several fans in the audience with their cameras rolling. Watch footage above and below via YouTube.
"I had the honor of jamming with the mighty Anthrax last night playing one of my favorite songs ever," Flynn wrote on social media after the fact. "'I Am The Law' is an all-time, classic, up there with the greatest metal songs of all time like 'Master Of Puppets', 'Reign In Blood' and 'The Trooper.' Thank you boys, the pleasure was all mine."
