On Saturday (November 4th), Deftones headlined the latest edition of their Dia de los Deftones festival. The celebration went down at PetCo Park in San Diego, with a lineup featuring hyperpop goofballs 100 gecs and hardcore heavyweights Knocked Loose, as well as Doechii, Pinback, Pieri, Rile and Capra.
The night belonged to Chino Moreno and Co., of course, and as they have in years past, the 'Tones made sure to make it special, playing a 21-song set packed with live rarities. These included "Korea," "Kimdracula," "When Girls Telephone Boys" and "Phantom Bride," all which hadn't been performed since 2018, plus "Xerces," which was last played 13 years ago.
