This past Friday (October 13th), GWAR played New York City's Palladium Times Square, where they were joined by a very special guest: Halestorm's Lzzy Hale, a.k.a. Clitaurus Maximus. Wielding an oversized sword and rocking some battle armor, Hale sang the song "The Cutter," a duet with GWAR vocalist Blöthar the Berserker off the band's 2022 album, The New Dark Ages. "Lzzy Hale is wonderfully talented," Blöthar commented last year when "The Cutter" premiered. "Few realize she is also an undercover Scumdog who came to Earth with the rest of GWAR eons ago under her true name Clitaurus Maximus of the Maximus clan. We are delighted to have her voice and image on this work of absolute genius."
