In June — having been granted permission to travel abroad as ambassadors of Ukraine to raise funds for and awareness of the war raging in their home country — Jinjer played their first show of 2022 and first since the conflict. The momentous performance took place at Switzerland's Greenfield Festival, and since then, the Ukrainian metal stars, led by badass vocalist Tatiana Shmayluk, have been tearing it up on the European circuit.
Recently, Jinjer were crushing the main stage at Pol'and'Rock festival, which went down in Czaplinek, Poland, from August 4th to 6th. Their 14-song set included a electric performance of Micro EP fan favorite "Teacher. Teacher!" Watch pro-shot video above.
Earlier this year, Jinjer released new merchandise designs to help raise funds to support their country. By April, the effort had brought in more than $150,000, with proceeds to be distributed directly to charities handpicked by the band. Both T-shirts are still available for purchase.
