Alice Cooper guitarist and solo artist Nita Strauss just got engaged. Onstage at her record release party for her new album, The Call of the Void, Strauss' longtime boyfriend and drummer Josh Villalta got on one knee and popped the question.
The record release party took place last night (July 6th) at the Whisky a Go Go in West Hollywood, California. Photos and video of Strauss getting engaged were shared on social media by Sumerian Records Vice President & Radio Promotions head Mike Jakubow.
"NITA STRAUSS RECORD RELEASE PARTY... MORE THAN THAT... IT TURNED INTO AN ENGAGEMENT PARTY!" Jakubow wrote. "CONGRATS Nita and Josh Villalta on everything. Such an honor to share in your amazing moments. Truly."
