From Deftones' Abe Cunningham and Lamb of God's Art Cruz to Mastodon's Brann Dailor and Gojira's Mario Duplantier, it's become a heavy-metal drummer rite of passage to sit in with the 8G Band on Late Night With Seth Meyers.
TOOL's percussion master Danny Carey did the honors back in September 2016, and today (January 9th), the prog-metal titans announced that he will be returning to the late-night drum seat later this month for a week-long residency. This should be good.
